Catholic Faith Counselling
A safe, confidential space where Catholic values and professional counselling come together to support your journey towards healing and wholeness.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."Matthew 11:28
About the Counsellor
With warmth, professional training, and a deep Catholic faith, I offer counselling that honours both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of who you are. Whether you are navigating grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or a crisis of faith, you will find here a space of genuine welcome and non-judgement.
I am a fully accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, and a practising Catholic. My approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic therapy, integrated with the wisdom of the Catholic tradition — recognising that true healing often involves the whole person: mind, body, and soul.
The Approach
Unlike secular therapy, Catholic faith counselling acknowledges the spiritual dimension of human experience. Drawing on the rich tradition of Catholic anthropology — the understanding that each person is made in the image and likeness of God — sessions are shaped by both clinical expertise and a reverence for the sacred.
This is not about imposing beliefs. It is about creating a space where your faith is welcomed, not set aside — where the grace of God and the tools of modern counselling work together in your healing.
